MYSIA. Cyzicus. Uncertain, mid 1st century BC to mid 1st century AD. AE (Bronze, 16 mm, 1.45 g, 11 h). NЄOY ΘЄOY Bare head to right. Rev. KYZI Capricorn to right, head turned back to left; all within wreath. RPC I 2247. Rare. Some deposits, otherwise, very fine.

The identity of the figure on the obverse labelled NЄOY ΘЄOY ('new god') is unclear: it could be Julius Caesar, Augustus, Gaius Caesar, Claudius or Britannicus. For a longer discussion of the issue, see RPC I, p. 382
